• 24-hour cancellation notice is required
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full lesson fee

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is required before the commencement of lessons
• Rates are subject to change with notice
• Bulk booking discounts are applied at our discretion

5. Student Responsibilities

• Maintain a stable internet connection for online lessons
• Arrive punctually for scheduled sessions
• Complete assigned work as recommended
